Detailed description of contract:
A large ‘Georgian’ Family Residence the works involved the Construction of a small link extension between the main house and ‘stand-alone’ annexe including a heritage Roof lantern. Extensive propping of the structure in order to remove an internal chimney breast to re-model and refurbish the ground and first floors. More specifically; installation of a bespoke ‘handmade’ kitchen, fitting of luxury bathroom suites, bespoke joinery, laying mosaic floor tiles and refurbishing hardwood floors.
An emphasis on protecting elements of the existing building fabric and sympathetic repair and reinstatement of Period features were crucial in providing a high quality result.
