3 Components of Physical fitness
There are five primary components of physical fitness these are: Body Composition Flexibility Muscular Strength Muscular Endurance Aerobic Fitness

5 Flexibility Flexibility: refers to your ability to move easily

6 Muscular strength Muscular strength: refers to the peak force produced by a particular muscle group in a one-time effort (single contraction). -Needed for ?

7 Muscular Endurance Muscular Endurance: refers to your muscles ability to keep producing force for a moderate amount of time. -Needed for ?

8 Aerobic Fitness Aerobic Fitness: refers to your body’s ability to perform tasks for an extended period of time. Aerobic fitness is often described as the most important component of fitness. -Needed for ?

10 Buoyancy Buoyancy varies with the individual and is dependant upon several factors including Body build -bone size -muscular development -weight distribution -relative amounts of fat tissue Lung capacity

Lean bodied people usually do not float as easily as people with a high percentage of fat. Nor sink as rapidly as people with muscular frames.
