2. The Origin Pilot Program introduced in 1992
Made Pesticide Disposal free and easy to farmers
Register with the PDA and a disposal contractor will come to your farm to pick up your pesticides when your county is chosen for participation
Unlabeled chemicals must first be identified at no cost to participant

3. The Amendments Include non-farmers in pick-ups
Increase liability risks to disposal contractors
Shorten registration period by 30 days
Encourage possessors of unidentified chemicals to have them identified and disposed of safely
