This release will include the 2018 ACA, W-2 and 1099 forms.
Please let us know if your 2018 State W-2 or 1099 file layouts are changing.

Job and Pays Utility (HPUTL07A.FMX)  Modified to add a Report button to preview proposed records to be changed by the Process button. This button is required to be pressed to activate the Process button. Also added Work Location, Earn Code, and Pay Class as additional filter fields and the ability to update the Employee Pays Calendar field.  Jobs and Pays Utility (HPUTL07A.REP)  Modified to properly show decimals for all FTE fields. Also modified to include new prompts for Work Location, Earn Code, Pay Class, Calendar, Calendar Clear.

Modified to require alio user to specify when they want Inactive and Terminated employees included in the Roll Leaves process.  New default behavior will NOT include Inactive or Terminated employees.  To include inactive or terminated employees , user must check one or both of the new checkboxes, " Include Inactive Employees" and "Include Terminated Employees"  Default is unchecked for the new checkboxes.

Create new Employee Change of Status Request Report (HECOS01A.REP) including change of address and certain job and pay fields as well as a checkbox list of the reason (optionally) and up to 5 signature lines.
