2. We can communicate using music and drama, as we can use it to express one's self . It can be used as a therapeutic tool to help with creative  expression. We can use music and drama to help us create things such as new pieces of music. The aim is to produce a great work of art to understand yourself better.

3. Drama
 Drama is a great way of providing speech and language  therapy, encourages people to work in groups.
 Encourages you to change your movements to help change the way you feel. for example to increase your self- esteem. 

4. Music Music has been around since the 18th century.
 Music can help you to understand how you are feeling, it can bring back old memories and feelings 
 helps you build a positive relationship with others as you can talk about how you feel using music and express your emotions.
It can help you to deal with difficult things in your past and help you come to terms with it.
