100 Years, Let’s Celebrate! Why Breakdown barriers
Reinvigorate pride and identity Engage our Members Catalyst to positively impact communities Generate new interest into our mission To Bring Out the Best into the next Century Crucial Conversation International celebrations play an important role in our society. They break down barriers and reinvigorate a sense of pride and identity. They engage our members, encouraging us to come together in celebration. The potential social impact when Clubs and Members come together to celebrate in unity the Centennial of our organization will generate positive impact and exposure to our programs and opportunities for self improvement and community service. When we increase our organization’s exposure we better position our organization on the international stage to generate stronger partnerships and global identity. As we come together as members, as clubs, as Districts as Optimists we will gain a better respect for each of our own identities and share in a reinvigorating sense of pride which will last longer than year its self.
