2. ONC Carpooling Policy
Per ONC policy the contribution by each passenger is 15 cents per mile. For four or more passengers, the maximum total contribution by all passengers is limited to 45 cents per mile. A typical round trip distance to Mt Hood and back is miles = $18-$24/person. We are indebted to those willing to drive us up to the mountain. Please thank your driver.

3. Gateway Transit/TRI-MET Park and Ride (enter “Gateway Transit Center” on Google Maps or the address 1111 NE 99th Avenue, 97220) M
If driving east on HWY 84, take exit 7 (Halsey Street) and it will basically dump you off at the transit center

4. Gateway Transit TRI-MET Park and Ride Parking Structure NE 99th Ave
If eastbound HWY 84 then take exit 7 (Halsey Street), then right on NE 99th

5. Enter and turn to the right

6. TRI-MET Park and Ride Parking

7. Driving to Mt Hood (this assumes driving through Government camp
Driving to Mt Hood (this assumes driving through Government camp. If going to Teacup or Cooper Spur then stay on 84 to Hood River)
From our parking spot on 99th drive down the road to Glisan (at stoplight)
Take a right on Glisan and then immediate right onto I-205 North
Drive ¼ mile to exit for I-84 East (Hood River/Dalles)
Once on I-84 heading east, take exit 17 - Marine drive
Take Marine drive to the end (by the factory outlets) and take a right on 257th
Drive 257th for ~4 miles and take a right on Palmquist and then immediate left onto HWY 26
