Admit Mistakes: It is OK, you won’t lose your job. Don’t Be Afraid To Say, “I’m Sorry”: Shows others that you are genuine. Don’t Fake It If You Don’t Know The Answer: You have more credibility if you simply say, “I don’t know.” Smile: It’s contagious and body language speaks louder than words.
