Sales and Marketing The yin and yang. They work as the two sides of the same coin.

What is sales? It is nothing but a love affair. It is in effect the act of getting the prospective client to fall in love with you.

What are we looking for? The synthesis of a positive relationship that is mutually beneficial. Looking to solve problems at the same time generating revenue.

What is critical to sales?
Trust that comes from love. The first meet has to be emotionally charged, go for love at first sight. Rationality comes in later. Listening is critical. Get the chemistry right. Love yourself. Disturb the complacency ask good questions that intrigues them. Lastly not every deal is going to work out, keep looking. Positioning yourself.

How to close If the prospective client is stalling ask them, talk to them cant solve something if there is no communication. Once you have played all your cards let the client process it give it time do not overdo the pitch.
