The following values are based upon disaggregation activities for UNC Modification 0428 and therefore do not take into consideration capacity changed for BAU processes.

3. UNC Reference; Network Code G.4.1.2
Networks should respond to a Referral or Aggregation within 12 business days of the date the Referral or aggregation was submitted. This standard is measured over the month with a performance target of 97% per shipper.

In addition to this, a further payment is made if a response is not made within 17 business days.
