GOAL The improvement in the preparation of a physician in the task of effectively assisting medical students acquire professional competency in solving the health needs of a community.

OBJECTIVES At the end of the program, the graduate should be able to: Participate actively in the development, implementation and evaluation of a medical curriculum. Utilize properly instructional processes and principles in the design and conduct of a course, a unit of instruction or a learning session. Undertake appropriate procedures in the evaluation of learners and educational programs. Apply organizational and management principles in various capacities as a member or administrator of a medical school. Conduct researches in medical education. Produce physicians who can solve the health problems of a community.
