What is a Team A group of players forming one side in a competitive game or sport. A team is a collection of individuals who have chosen to pursue one or more common goals Together Everyone Achieves More

Team Dynamics Team dynamics are the unconscious, psychological forces that influence the direction of a team's behavior and performance. Dynamics are affected by roles and responsibilities and have a direct result on productivity.

7 Needs of a Team 1. Common Goal: A team must be organized around a common goal 2. Leadership: Every team needs a leader 3. Involvement of All Members: The main idea of teamwork is to harness each individuals strengths

Open Communication: Ineffective communication and ineffective use of meeting time are two main complaints people have about leadership
