3 What is a Team A group of players forming one side in a competitive game or sport. A team is a collection of individuals who have chosen to pursue one or more common goals Together Everyone Achieves More

4 Team Dynamics Team dynamics are the unconscious, psychological forces that influence the direction of a team's behavior and performance. Dynamics are affected by roles and responsibilities and have a direct result on productivity.

5 7 Needs of a Team 1. Common Goal: A team must be organized around a common goal 2. Leadership: Every team needs a leader 3. Involvement of All Members: The main idea of teamwork is to harness each individuals strengths
