Drink fluids (water is best) Massage the muscles Eat bananas (potassium)

HEAT EXHAUSTION SIGNS Profuse (too much) sweating Body feels weak Pale
Nausea (vomit) Lightheaded (dizzy)

HEAT EXHAUSTION Treatment Rest for at 30 minutes
Get into a cool environment Drink fluids

HEAT STROKE SIGNS High body temperature > 105d Hot, dry skin
Very rapid heartbeat Victim will probably be unconscious

HEAT STROKE TREATMENT Wet the clothing with water not ice
Get out of the hot environment Get medical attention
