CORNERSTONE II ANNEXATION TO ZONES B-1 AND B-3 STOCKTON CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-2 Annexation to Zones B-1 and B-3 Funding for Proportionate Share of Annual Park Maintenance Costs for: Long Park – Zone B-1 - $84.00 Weston Park – Zone B-3 - $24.00 Maximum Assessment: $108.00

4 CORNERSTONE II ANNEXATION TO ZONES B-1 AND B-3 STOCKTON CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-2 Recommendation: At the conclusion of the public hearing, assuming that the annexation ballots voted in favor of annexation and the levy of an annual maintenance assessment exceed those voted against, adopt a resolution overruling all protests, annexing territory to Zones B-1 and B-3, approving the Engineer's Report, and confirm the maximum annual assessment for costs of operation and maintenance of improvements in Zones B-1 and Zone B-3 of the Stockton Consolidated Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 96‑2 in the amount of $84.00 and $24.00 per dueF (dwelling unit equivalent Factor) respectively.
