2 options proposed by consultant (see next slide): Option 1 with restrictive limit values Option 2 with less restrictive limit values and review clause Feedback from stakeholders is important to complete information about possible impacts of limit values on recycling (ELV, WEEE) Currently ( ) there are no well-founded indications that proposed Option 1 would have an impact on industry MS are also invited to formulate comments – the sooner, the better!
