2 I like to eat crayfish, insects, snails, small clams, worms, fish, and the seeds of elm and silver maple trees. The world record for me is 59 pounds. I can be caught by a technique called “noodling.” My whiskers are called barbels. I am a “cat”, but I don’t “meow”. Do you know who I am? Who am I? Channel Catfish

3 I am sometimes called a "Federation Squirrel" because of the pattern on my back and sides which looks like stars and stripes. My heartbeat changes when I’m hibernating from 350 beats per minute to 5. I make three types of burrows – hiding, nesting, and hibernating.
