2. Overview Two main packages: Copy real hits to merged hits

Copy real hits to merged hits
Merge MC hits into merged hits

3. Details
If no overlap, just copy MC hit into merged hit table (the easy part)
The important part is the algorithm used when the MC hit has an overlap hit in the real/merged table
The energy loss of each track is calculated based on the two charges combined
The earlier time is taken for both time_up and time_down

4. Conclusions
The code seems fine to me BUT a TOF expert should look it over and be responsible for maintaining it
I will use this code as a model for making an embedding package for the TOFW
