Temporary faculty are: Temporary, Part-Time Faculty (Adjuncts) Long Term Substitutes (LTS) Substitute as needed

Adjunct Application Pool by discipline is online only, request for access to HR Analysts. All applicants must submit the appropriate online application. Link: ** Temporary, Part-Time Instructor (General)**

When reviewing applications
– verify minimum qualifications against the State Minimum Qualifications booklet under the discipline for which you are hiring. Direct link to State MQs handbook Link to download pdf format Note: If the person does not have the specific qualifications as listed but you feel they can met our equivalency guidelines then submit equivalency application along with hiring ePAF.

Conditions of Employment
Once you have identify an applicant you would like to hire provide them with a Faculty Employment Checklist. It lists items needed to be employed with PCCD The potential employee will know what is required to be employed. Initiate the hiring ePAF. Intake appointment will be scheduled after ePAF is approved by campus
