1 Hi everybody, welcome to our webinar presentation on the HealthiestYou integration with EverythingBenefits. We’re really excited to have you all join us here today, so thanks for coming. I’d also like to extend a special thanks to the folks at HealthiestYou for all the hard work they’ve put into this project. I’m joined today by Tony Elder from HealthiestYou here to walk us through and explore the HealthiestYou platform, so if you have any questions, Tony will address those towards the end. But first, let me provide a bit of a backdrop before we dive into the solution itself.

2 Over the past year, we noticed increasing numbers of our 175+ partners request for us to build bridges to telemedicine providers for their clients. We dug into this to understand a little further, and we realized a few things. A lot of employers struggle with the increasing costs of absenteeism (which when employees take time off to address their health concerns), and also employees are recoiling from the ever-rising copays that they have become increasingly responsible for. In addition, we noticed that as the market continues to evolve, some self-funded employers are continuing to look for more comprehensive benefits options to offer their employees, making options like telehealth become more attractive.

3 So, we decided this could be something we could offer to our partners as a solution to offer their customers. We took a long time conducting research to find the best providers out there, and we ultimately came across HealthiestYou, who are among the best in the business due to the strength of their doctor network, exceptional user experience, and extremely attractive proposition to our partner ecosystem as a revenue and service opportunity.

4 The wonderful news here is that as our partners, you may offer this telemedicine solution to your customers without having to be a broker. We have built a seamless integration with HealthiestYou that will allow you to deliver this solution with minimal effort on your part to get recurring revenue share. In the coming weeks you’re going to see tons of materials coming your way to help present this solution to your customers. Our vision for this is that it will create an additional hook to delight your customers and get them excited. So without further adieu, I’m going to pass it off to Tony Elder here who’ll tell us all we need to know about this amazing product.

19 Thanks Tony for that wonderful presentation and giving us some insight into the world of telemedicine and how HealthiestYou takes it to the next level. So, let’s go over some best practices & next steps: From a practical standpoint, we’ll be getting back to our partners (and feel free to contact us), definitely feel free to reach out to us first to learn about this program. Please also reach out to your client community to better understand any challenges they may have with absenteeism, increasing co-pays, or the need to offer better solutions to their clients. Many of them are actively looking for a better solution, especially now during open enrollment. We did some pilot studies internally with select clients and found there’s a tremendous amount of interest in offering this solution to their employees. That said, we’ve automated bridge building with HealthiestYou that will facilitate the necessary data movement. From your side, the best recommended practice is for tell clients that they should offer this alongside with their medical benefits package and only allow access to those employees who opt-in to receive their company’s medical package.
