2 Resilience Circles Welcome to our first facilitators’ webinar! We hope to help you build your facilitation muscles -- by sharing tips, responding to your questions, and connecting you with others who are also doing this work.

Resilience Circles Overarching Principles Members of your group rely on you as facilitator to do three things: 1. Create a welcoming environment – “I belong here. This is a group I can be part of.”

5 Members of your group rely on you as facilitator to do three things:
Resilience Circles Overarching Principles Members of your group rely on you as facilitator to do three things: 3. Guide the group to be productive – “We use our time well together, and feel good about what we get done.”

Guide the group to be productive – ….and in the case of a Resilience Circle – 4. Develop group members to step into leadership.
