2 Biomolecules for Sale

3 Biomolecules For Sale Directions: Students will divide up into groups of 3. Groups will represent each of the biomolecules : Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, and Nucleic Acids. The biomolecule groups will develop a product that can be sold to a panel of physicians for treatment of patients. A physician panel will be represented by your biology teacher As medication sales representatives you will need to consider the following criteria: a name for your product what biomolecule functions are utilized how it can be effective for patients why they should use this product for treatment how it compares with other products

4 Each group will research the biomolecule using web sources like Britannica online, EBSCO, and Gale Research databases found in the media center links, or other university education related websites Each biomolecule group will create a presentation. Choice of media is up to your group. Each group will give your presentation to the panel. Cite all sources used to make the product.
