13. The production of Khinkali originates in the mountainous regions of eastern Georgia. The honor of this invention is attributed to the Pshavian people, Mtiulebi and Khevsuri. In ancient times the khinkali was made with a deferent method. In the mountainous regions, Khinkali is still prepared the old way.

Adjaruli khachapuri- is fameous kind of khachapuri. in Georgia allmost every region has it`s own veriation of khachapuri. The adjaruli khachapuri is shaped like a boat the inspritation of the shape comes from the regions old history of sailing.

15. Georgia is home of wine and greaps
Georgia is home of wine and greaps. There are 4000 breeds of greaps in the world and 500 of those breeds were descovered in Georgia yet this not the full list some of the greap breeds have been lost or destroyed by invaders.

16. Like other Georgian provinces, Samegrelo produces several types of wine, the most famous of which is ojaleshi—a red, naturally semi-sweet wine made from the grape variety of the same name. 
Ojaleshi is an aboriginal red grape variety. It belongs to the group of grape varieties of Samegrelo. High quality wine is made from it. Ojaleshi wine is characterized by intense color, harmonious and rich variety taste and smell. In the case of late grapes pick up high quality and semi-sweet wine is made.
