KNOWLEDGE GAP None have sought to link CSR and climate change strategies. Little attention has been paid to the community dimension in the climate change and CSR literature. The existing literature has yet to provide frameworks that can help tourism managers use their CSR to build community adaptive capacity to climate change. AIM Develop a conceptual framework suitable for tourism industries using CSR as a means for tackling climate change risks for their own business advantage, as well as enhancing community adaptive capacity.
