Course Description
Welcome to Seward Middle School! I am so excited to be a part of your Middle School journey! This is my very first year as well, so we will be working together to help each other be successful!
We will have several things happening this year, including an independent reading challenge! If your class reads the most pages, they get a special treat from Ms. M!

Late work is accepted until the end of the unit, with a 10% deduction. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of their missing work (listed on PowerSchool, Canvas, and on their weekly GOLD sheet). If you have questions, please see me!
Late Work
TOTAL POINTS: Students are graded on a total points scale, meaning EVERY assignment is important. Students will receive a large amount of points for daily journals as well.

Plagiarism
Copying/cheating/plagiarizing will NOT be allowed. Any student who plagiarizes will receive a 0 for the assignment and will not be allowed to redo it.
