9. Before you begin working at the enlarger…
Before you begin working at the enlarger….. CHECK OVER THE EQUIPMENT & Your Supplies….
STEP 1: make sure paper is placed safely under enlarger baseboard in the basket
STEP 2: negative carrier placed properly in between enlarger head and lens
STEP 3: Make sure enlarger head is down. (no light leaking around sides)
STEP 4: focus on the brightest- print one click up from the dimmest (f/11 or f/16)
STEP 5: Locate timer on/off switch. Locate focus on/time on switch
STEP 5: Test Strip (5 sec. intervals) & develop
STEP 6: Expose print

10. TEST STRIP
Focus on the brightest- print one click up from dimmest. f/16. Expose in 2- 5 second intervals

11. REMEMBER HOW TO DEVELOP???
