1 DIMENSIONS OF DEVELOPMENT
There are developmental theories to explain the different dimensions of development. These theories create developmental models based on the facts about the human organism. 1- Psychomotor development 2- Cognitive Development 3- Emotional development 4- Social development

2 1- Psychomotor Development:
Physical development includes the growth and maturation of the body in all sub-systems that make up the body as well as the weight increase and elongation. Physical development is related to the bodily structure of the individual, the change in the nerve muscle functions and the balancing process. Motor development is an increase in the ability of the individual to control the functioning of his organs. In all motor movements, several parts of the body must work together and in coordination. The development of this coordination depends on the maturity and exercises of the body.

3 2- Cognitive Development:
It covers the functional relationship between body and mind. Cognitive development; It is the process of understanding individual's environment, world, and ways of thinking to be more complex and effective from infancy to adulthood. It covers all mental processes that involve understanding, recognizing and learning the world of cognition. Cognition is the first thing that comes to mind in our minds. It also includes mental activities such as sensing concept creation, language acquisition, recall, symbolization, categorization, thought, problem solving and creation. Many psychologists have worked on cognitive development and formed a theory. The most important of these is Jean Piagettir. It is the beginning of the theory of cognitive development.

4 3- Emotional development:
Emotion can be defined as the effects of the external or internal environment, creating impressions in the individual as pleasure or pain. The individual is born with some emotional behavior. Emotional development occurs as a result of maturation and learning. Many emotions develop in preschool age. For example, anger in early childhood arises from conflicts about current events, and social factors are the leading causes of anger during adolescence.

5 It collects the emotions under three sections.
Emotions leading to aggressive behavior : Like anger, jealousy, hate, Emotional and defensive behaviors : Fear, sadness, distress, sadness, boredom and fear of violence, Emotional feelings : Love, happiness, pleasure, and curiosity.

6 4- Social Development: Learning to behave like a person living in his / her environment or culture is the result of social development. Social development has great importance for the individual to establish good relations with others, to follow social rules, to take responsibility, to help others and to exercise their rights. Social development is greatly influenced by environmental and learning factors. The extent of social cohesion is the relationship of the individual with his / her environment, being able to participate in group activities, be constructive, to bear responsibility and to comply with the rules required by living together.
