Overview of the current regulatory landscape in your country or region for smaller crops. Were there regulatory initiatives? Were they local or regional?

What are the main remaining issues and the primary needs to address these issues?
• Unauthorized use on the label out of common, does the legislation provide for this use? • Specific technical capabilities • Access to data (data type, eg residue data or crop efficacy and safety values)? Extrapolation? Smaller number of trials its posible? • Stakeholders (who they are and how they are involved) • Political support • Data Compatibility • Mutual recognition of studies
