Citizenship Undocumented immigrants are generally denied the right to vote, but any state could allow them to vote if it so chooses Residence Must be a legal resident of the state where you want to vote Age According to the 26th Amendment, the minimum voting for each state has to be no higher than 18 Registration All states except North Dakota require registration to vote
