2. Why do I have a student that withdrew prior to school starting and they have a textbook rental statement?
Who ever entered the withdrawal did not answer Yes to remove book fees. Make sure to delete the statement prior to running Mark SA

3. I accidentally said to remove book fees, how can I get it back?
Enter a new enrollment then a withdrawal then remove them

4. What is the order of payments/adjustments applied?
In H2 it is Curricular Materials/Fees/Other(Planner,Locker,etc)/Books/Consumables

5. I have duplicate statements for a student, why is this?
Some thing is different

6. I have a new student enrolled and no statement was created for them, Why?

7. A students/parents address has changed and it is not showing correctly on the statement, what do I do?
Update address

8. When the student logs in to their Harmony Account the amount owed is showing different than in Harmony 2, Why?

9. I have students not showing in the Book fees Report view and are marked Free/Reduced, Why?
They either have the TBR marked as NO on the student demo, or you selected Mark SA prior to the statement being created

10. I applied State Assistance to my students and it did not apply to all students, Why?
There is nothing on the owed fields. Parent had made a payment or an adjustment has been made.
