King Saul – Born of Rebellion
1 Sam. 8:7 “And Yahweh said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.” Rejected – Hebrew “mah-as” signifies, ‘to spurn, or to abhor.’

Manner – Hebrew: “mishpat” –signifies,

Divine Summation “So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against Yahweh, even against the word of Yahweh, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it. And enquired not of Yahweh: therefore He slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.” (1 Chron.10:13-14) “O Israel thou hast destroyed thyself, but in me is thine help. I will be thy king: where is there any other that may save thee in all thy cities? And thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes? I gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath.” Hos.13:9-11

Disobedience - based on faithlessness was Saul’s biggest character flaw and lost him his kingdom, his life , and his future Yet he didn’t commit adultery As yet he had not committed murder! But was rejected of God
