Recommended Actions: Each class should have a clearly stated driving question or I can statement. Each class should have clearly stated ‘showcase vocabulary.’ These essential learning tools must be used to introduce, check for understanding along the way, and assist students in summarizing the lesson. Note: If they are simply used for compliance to a new administrative requirement…don’t bother.
