2. THE #28 PLACE WHERE CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION IS WORST
While there is some religious freedom, locals believe that “to be Kazakh is to be Muslim.” This makes life hard for those who leave Islam to follow Jesus.
Believers from a Muslim Background are often attacked or placed under house arrest for refusing to deny Jesus.
With increasing restrictions on religion, the situation is expected to get worse for Christians in Kazakhstan. 

3. PRAY FOR OUR PERSECUTED FAMILY
Pray that the Lord will soften the hearts of those in government and that they will meet Jesus for themselves.
Pray for those Christians in Kazakhstan who are persecuted for leaving Islam, that they will continue to stand strong.
Pray that church leaders will have much wisdom in leading their congregations, as churches are raided regularly by authorities and then fined.
