Why this matters to you?
Your login experience with Zendesk will be changing
You will now log in to Zendesk using your User ID, and Computer Password
When will this change be made?
On or before staff begins work on 20 December 2018

4. Your new login experience
As an Agent in Zendesk, you will have multiple options for logging in
1. From the Help Center
2. From the Agent Login URL

You will now log in to Zendesk using the same credentials you used when testing SSO from the past few weeks.

Select “I am an Agent”
You will be directed to the new Agent login page
Use your credentials you used when you tested SSO
