Contact staff – 63% to 83% (second in Uni) & changes in course or teaching are communicated well.

We have no courses in the bottom 10 within the University in any of these many category.
There still are some areas for improvement:
ISS shows personal tutoring has improved from 41-49% but Uni average is 65%
And we still have issues with students feeling that they can learn together with peers on line and there are useful electronic assessment tasks & feedback to check how well they are doing
