3. Fast Sintering:
50 special programs for fast cycles from 200 to249 in Sintra Plus
Shenpaz developed with Noritake the fastest cycle on the market
Other fast cycles for different products are available ( time of the cycle varies according to Zr products)
90 Minutes for Katana certified on 10 units fast sintering
Fast cooling with specific opening sequence of the furnace with special parameters of distance and time for opening the fast cycles
No side effect for the Heating elements ( under testing more than 2500 fast Cycles )

4. Degassing, Advanced degassing and their difference
The degassing is a unique feature that allow the user of Sintra and Sintra+ to keep the H.E and the chamber clean for many years.
The degassing is a function that open the table by one cm and allow a circulation of air up to 250 °C to take out all the fume from coloration until all the fume is evaporate.
The advanced Degassing allow to have the same flushing every 100°C/30 sec. , this allow to take out fumes from the restauration but also Oxide that can be released from the new ZR products , this function can be programmed up to 1300 °C and for every program individually .

6. Essensial working steps - critical workflow for long term of the H.E
Sintra and Sintra plus require only a periodical cleaning if the user pays attention to the product sintered in the furnace and adapt the drying utilization of degassing as much as needed. This assures that the restorations are totally dried prior to beginning the sintering process.
Any unknowned ZR and color shades may create bad contamination in the furnace that may remain in the chamber even after cleaning cycle.
The cleaning Cycle”0” will recreate the protection glass layer around the H.E and will protect your furnace for many year.
The parameter of this cycle:
3°c/min. to 1600°C for 4 :00 hour holding natural cooling

7. Lock’n sintering and recovery
In the New Sintra the technician can Lock it’s program to avoid mistakes.
The program is lock under password and can be Lock per program, or the furnace can be completely lock ( not allowing the user to perform change on existing program) only the technician responsible with the right password may perform the change of the parameters.
Also the furnace have a full recovery system in any case of electrical failure and will recover and complete the cycles.

8. ROI
The Sintra and Sintra + are the ultimate units for the Laboratory, it can combine few fast cycles during the day 4-5 cycles of 1:30 Hours or 2:30 and a long cycle overnight .
Laboratory that is thinking to buy a new furnace by using the advanced feature of fast sintering or fast cooling, maximize the use of the unit and optimize the ROI on the unit.
The furnace can sinter in a long cycle between 60 to 80 units and on every fast cycle up to 10 units.
