Comprehensive redesign of Financial Affair’s Training Webpage(s)
Purpose: Build a centralized user friendly training material repository for all end user’s of Financial Affairs business processes.
Seven Financial Affairs’ departments have training materials
Build awareness of all training materials
Direct web user with intuitive layout and minimal navigation
Timeline: November 2017 through January 2018

3. Objectives Increase user interface and experience for web end-users
Organize training materials in logical and intuitive format to ease end-user experience
Provide easier and minimal click paths to training materials
Integrate feedback from Financial Affair’s User Group
Content Review
If required by the project team, suggest to training department to restructure content.

Collaborate with Financial Affair’s User Group for usage feedback
View various web page mock-ups
