Options for Your Oral History Product
Title all digital media as MrK, your period, your initials, and then oral history. Example: MrK3pkoralhistory

What do you need to turn in with your product?
A typed copy of your product or the digital version on a saving device (flash drive) All digital products will be put into Mr. Kelly’s drop box during class. District rubric A typed copy of your bibliography What do you need to turn in with your product?

PowerPoint Presentation
Minimum of 15 slides. Slide Titles A form of the questions you pose to your interviewee. Slide Bodies Side by side format. One side is a summary of the answer given by the interviewee. One side is your connection to the bigger historical topic. Incorporate visuals and other features that enhance your project. PowerPoint Presentation

Biography Minimum of 3 pages single-spaced.
The information should be a synthesis of the answer given by your interviewee. It must be typed and presented to the class. Other tips: Write in third person Add visuals to enhance the biography Watch conventions Biography

Podcast 5 minutes in length
Provide your own synthesis about the answers given during your interview. You can include audio from the interview. It must be in an MP3 or WAV file. Podcast

Documentary 5 minutes in length
You can include audio/video from the interview. Provide your own synthesis about the answers given during your interview. It must be on a DVD or an MP4 or Quick Time file that will work on a school computer. Documentary

What needs to be turned in?
Product Digital products need to be dropped into Mr. Kelly’s drop box in class on the due date. Title all digital media as MrK, your period, your initials, and then oral history. Example: MrK3pkoralhistory A copy of the script for documentaries and podcasts. A printed out copy of the slides- 6 per page in black and white 2 copies of the biography Bibliography in manuscript format Rubric with your name already on it What needs to be turned in?
