3. (Title)Bacteria, Bacteria Everywhere!
Purpose: To determine the level of bacteria on general surfaces and compare various soaps
Materials – see board
Procedure
1. Prepare 2 petri dishes with agar
Boil 100mL with 2 teaspoons of agar powder
2. Use q-tips to swipe areas
3. Smear bacteria onto agar plate in 4 different sections
4. Let plate incubate for 2 days
5. Observe results
