Completed migration from Gmail to a dedicated hosted Outlook server. Completed February 2017.
Set up Read-Only financial access process for Program Volunteers in Financial Edge. The reports, process and set up are complete. Need to do training to staff and PC’s in June.
Volunteer module implementation is under way and scheduled to be completed in June
Human Resources
Selected new payroll provider, Paylocity. Migration of data history is complete and the first payroll deposit was Feb 1, with all staff training in May.
Currently in the process of renewing the Employee Health plan. Effective July 1.
The 403(B) is now 1 year old and 13 employees have contributed $130K to the plan.
Staffing
Accounting Coordinator position has been filled and started April 10th
Finance
The 3-year forecast model has been developed and was be used to complete the FY18 budget. Will continue to update the model each month.
Completed the annual review of the Blessings corporate insurance policies for work comp, GL, D&O, and Umbrella. Renewal was Feb 2017.
