This property is not over developed. There are chalets at the bottom of the rocky outcrop and the lodge with dining room, bar and lounge is constructed on top of the rocky outcrop. The lodge can sleep a total of 10 people. The current owner resides in town and his manager resided on the property. The following game will be more or less on the property should a fence be erected between the two farms: Impala ±400, Kudu ±45, Waterbuck ±30, Giraffe ±10, Oryx ± 60, Zebra ±35, Eland ±33, B/ W Beest ±85 and R/H Beest ± 42. There are plenty of Warthog as well as small game species like Duikers and Steenbok.

The property is predominantly flat areas with parts open savannah grasslands and parts consists of beautiful tree species like: Maroela, Redbush willow, Seringa and some sweet thorn veld just to name a few. The grazing consists of a more dominant sweet veld, yet a good mixture of sweet and very little sour veldt. No electricity pylons or other ugly structures runs over the property and there are no land claim or right of occupation on the property.
