Doc. 4815, Specification for Tape Frame for 450 mm Wafer was approved. The Standard document will be published in March.
The two documents are developed by the Task Force below. Those documents will be balloted within 2011.

8. TF Report: Leadframe Strip Size Stds Task Force
Doc. 4964A, Specification for Leadframe Strip Size was approved. The standard document will be published in March.
The TF will sunset soon.

9. TF Report: Pd PPF Solder Wettability Measurement Task Force
The Task Force meets once every two months. A SNARF will be submitted in the near future.
