1. How to use FTP protocol in CIRCABC CIRCABC TEAM

2. Requirements 1 (Software)
FTP is accessible only from inside the EC network.
You can use any FTP Client, Ask your local support how to get this tool

3. Requirements 2 (Credentials)
Ask DIGIT CIRCABC SUPPORT ( to your local helpdesk) to provide you with an FTP login and password
Login : peterpan
Password : xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

4. Requirements 3 (FTP Host & Port)
CIRCABC FTP Host :
digcircabc2p.cc.cec.eu.int
CIRCABC FTP Port: 1059

5. Access to CIRCABC through FTP
Open FTP Client (FileZilla)
Enter the Host, Login, Password and Port
Click on connect

6. Browse to your group Alfresco / CircaBC / Category (DG) / IG
There you can find all your services

7. Browse to your space
Library / space / subspace / …

8. Upload / Download
Transfer data between your
PC to CIRCABC

9. Notification
Note that if notifications are enabled, members will receive one notification for each document uploaded,
To avoid this you can disable the notification mechanism before or cancel the inherit parent space permissions for the space where you want to upload
