Log into
Click new (to create a new account for customer)
Create GTA session and insert into remote session url box
Use the nanoheal link on customer machine, this will initiate GTA and nanoheal installation.
Remote Diagnosis
Click on Check Entitlement and search for the customer
Click on Remote Diagnosis
Go to Advanced troubleshooting – Remote Diagnosis – choose any of the Enable Remote Diagnosis (this will turn OFF UAC)
Reboot the machine to Safemode/Normalmode, run the required Troubleshooting as per the issue faced in customers machine
On completion of troubleshooting, Go to Advanced troubleshooting – Remote Diagnosis – choose any of the Disable Remote Diagnosis (this will turn ON UAC)
Additional Features
Audit – This would show the details of the completed troubleshooting
Schedule – This would show the details of troubleshooting which are about to run
Customer Screen – It takes the snap shot of customers screen and keeps refreshing every 20 sec
