3 Phase I - The Performance Audit Pilot
Use of, and Reflections to, the Performance Audit Discussing Relationships and Non-work Issues at Work Delivery and Format of Future Health and Wellbeing Content Matching ‘Relational Capital’ to Delivery Mechanisms

4 Phase II – Diagnostic Tool
Aim: ‘to identify the gap between any policy or espoused commitment stated in an organisation linking the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage relationships in a way that translates directly between home and work and visa versa (both positively and negatively) and the actual reality experienced by individual employees’

5 Disconnects / Challenges and Opportunities
Clear understanding from HRD’s that this is important …. Limited links via company policies, existing support seen as a reactive measure Mixed views from focus group members – both ends of the spectrum of expectations from their employer and in the workplace Welfare verses Wellbeing? Embedding rather than stand-alone is critical to company involvement ‘Green Field Site’ when it comes to pro-active support!
