Examined updated CVI forms for Wales and Scotland, alongside existing forms for England and Northern Ireland Updated CVI form drafted Draft CVI form shared with ADASS PSI Network (May 2016) and amendments made. Further draft shared with ADASS colleagues DH drafted revised Explanatory Notes and sub-group commented and made amendments to drafts
