All main providers let through our CBL system (2,500 a year)
Award-winning Downsizing scheme
Over 4,000 social homes adapted
770 new social homes (35 specially adapted)
‘Working Xtra’ - At least 50% new-build social & 15% existing let to those working, carers or volunteers
Work with providers to build bespoke supported housing depending on business case 4

6. Sheltered Housing / Extra Care Programme
Includes :
Initial phase of extra care introduced in 6 group schemes from September
Introducing fixed term tenancies to sheltered housing to make best use of stock
Working with partners to maximise use of sheltered housing as ‘hubs’ for dementia etc.

Options include:
Reviewing existing health and care assets
Bespoke new supported housing for 15 adults with autism
Multi-purpose development for older people combining supported living, health and care, including respite/reablement
