Before most of the body was covered even showing the ankles was unacceptable.
But now people would be daring even to show the knees!

7. Dancing
The Older generation was insulted by what the new dances looked like.
From something that was respectable and well-mannered to a chance to show off skin.

8. Men’s fashion
Men generally wore short suit jackets but for formal occasions they would wear longer ones.
Extremely high waisted jackets were also popular
Pants were narrow and often a man’s socks would be seen.
