2. VPCR OVERVIEW
The banjo fitting, from Cummins ISL16 330, is not oriented to install the remote fuel filter.
As shown in the picture #1(next slide), the tube is limited by the harness by passing under it.
What we need is the banjo fitting would be oriented 90deg to pass the tube above the harness, as shown in the picture #2 & 3(next slide).

The CEAF is to get approval to revise FF9513 by rotating one of the banjo on the left side of the filter to 90 degrees to pass the tube over the harness
FF9513 option notes will mention the rotation of the banjo as below

5. Fitcheck at RMEP
Fitcheck was performed at RMEP and no issue observed.
