Small – Scale business entrepreneur is a lone force behind
starting, sustaining and running his firm. Therefore, if he is
strengthened the business would automatically become
strong on its own. Hence, for sustaining the enterprise it is
very important to equip him with the support system.
It was found that the mortality rate in SSI is very high. The
Government, therefore, planned Business Incubation
Programs to help small businesses by providing support at
Start up or when they find themselves unable to sustain.
