3 Notifications Any items not mandatory can be turned on or off
Parameter can be set to not allow users to delete alerts Click and unclick

4 Surrogates Any user can be chosen
Must remove surrogate settings when returning Recommend that user set a surrogate before leaving the facility or going on vacation.

6 Team Lists Autolinked teams are usually set up by CACs.
If subscription allowed, users can join a team Devices (printers) can be team members (Did not work)

7 Notes Two options for notes

8 Notes personal preferences
Students may need a co-signer Some people like the subject line Subject line allows users to sort their notes by subject rather than by title or date.

9 Notes Personal Titles

10 Reports Can change date range for all reports
Or, can do it individually

11 Reports – all dates Default is pretty short
Maximum is short for some items CACs can change defaults through parameters

12 Reports - Individual Each report is listed
Some reports are not used by all sites or not used by IHS in general Reports set here does not affect the system value set by the CAC. This only affects the user

Custom View Can be saved

14 Notes Custom View Can choose status of notes Can choose author
Can change dates Can group or sort by different fields Can change number of notes This is where the user can set to sort by subject line

15 Orders- Custom View View by status View by service Change date range
Grouped by service or date range User can set a default view.
